Boxfit is perfect for anyone wanting to get fit through exercise classes centred around boxing, is non-contact and all ability levels are catered for.

Classes are held at Stortford Boxing Club (BSABC), currently on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Free Parking is available.

Just pay as you train! No joining fee, membership fee or contract.

Turn up 10 minutes before the session starts.

Tuesdays:
Beginners/Intermediate Ages 12 to 72: 6.25 – 7.15pm
Advanced Session For Adults Only, Mixed: 7.25 – 8.25pm

Thursdays:
Beginners/Intermediate Ages 12 to 72: 6.25 – 7.15
Advanced Session For Adults Only, Mixed: 7.25 – 8.25pm
